30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@cindyrosa.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will confirm your return and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Ship the item to the return address we provide.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@cindyrosa.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and full refund in these cases.
